VIBRATOR SCREEN MOTOR CASING

Repair of Vibrating Screen Motor housing. Anti-clockwise from top right:
- Vibrator Motor housing foot mounting broken off
- Spot-tacked severed piece into position
- Applied 20 mm thick Ultra High Strength Epoxies inpcombination with Ultra High strength weaved Carbon ---Fibre mat on top face and bottom corner of foot pmounting. Final Carbothane coat applied.

No welding or metal stitching repair would be possible!
Every 1 mm thickness represents the equivalent of 3 mm thick steel but with far superior fatigue strength characteristics!
